HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible, entrants must be one of the first 200 to 500 people (limits are according to the below table) to visit www.ilovefootball.com.au, complete the form and print off the ticket voucher and take this ticket to the stadium's ticket booth on the day of the match and purchase 1 child’s GA ticket to be eligible for 1 free general admission A-League ticket as outlined in the below table.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
  1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. A person accepts these conditions of entry by their conduct of performing the entry requirements.
  2. The Promotion commences at 9am on 30 August 2010 until 5pm 5 September 2010 AEST or until the capped ticket limit is exhausted ('Promotional Period').
  3. Entry is open to all Australian residents during the Promotional Period and prize must be redeemed in Australia at the relevant stadium’s ticket booth on the day of the match along with purchasing 1 child’s GA ticket in the same transaction. Employees of the Promoter, Subnine Pty Limited (Co-ordinator), their agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  4. Winners will be determined by a first come first serve basis until the –relevant match ticket limit has been exhausted for each team as outlined in the following table. The winners for each team upon presenting the ticket voucher will be entitled to receive 1 x general admission ticket once they purchase 1 child’s GA ticket at the stadium.

  5. Each entrant is eligible for 1 free General Admission ticket only, redeeming the offer more than once is not permitted, and the Promoter reserves the right not to accept or issue a ticket voucher if the entrant has already received a ticket voucher. The Promoter may require the winner to provide proper identification such as a valid drivers’ licence before issuing the free general admission ticket.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the winner will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  7. In the event that the ‘winner’ is unable to collect the ticket at the stadium ticket booth, then the free ticket opportunity is forfeited as the promotion is only running for round 5 of the Hyundai A league season 6.
  8. If in the event that the prize is not available, for reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, a prize of similar theme and value will be provided for another weekend in the Hyundai A-League season 6.
  9. All entrants including the winner agrees that the Promoter and Organiser may use the name, address and photograph for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, unless otherwise advised. The Promoter may also forward the submitted photograph on to third parties as they see fit for promotional purposes.
  10. The Promoter and Co-ordinator, their related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless from any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained by the entrant, as a result of the promotion or arising from the acceptance and use of the prizes by a winner, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  11. The Promoter and Co-ordinator will not be liable as result of any act, omission, failure or delay not reasonably within their control, which may cause the Promoter to fail to run the promotion or fulfil its obligations under these terms. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend the promotion.
  12. The Promoter will hold the personal information the entrant provides through this promotion; so they can be contacted if they are a prize winner. If the entrant consents, it may also be disclosed to the Promoter's employees, related companies and agents for the provision of marketing services and to help keep you informed of the products and services offered by the Promoter (by direct mail or electronic messages). Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to the State lottery department and winners names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
